Dr. Richmond is a board-certified General Adult Psychiatrist who is a compassionate, thoughtful, and motivated physician. He seeks to assist in the care of individuals that are serious about working to gain a better understanding and control of their mental health symptoms. There is no need to fear or worry about mental health stigma. Dr. Richmond has the ability to create a connection with a patient who understands the impact of feeling depressed, anxious, or who struggles with substance abuse is a rewarding experience. Even better is being able to help individuals understand and effectively manage their symptoms whether it is with medications, therapy, or both. As a physician with diverse experiences from a variety of clinical settings--inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient--Dr. Richmond does his best to provide treatment to patients who yearn to regain meaningful function in their lives.
